CAREER TRAINING I – Tractor Trailer

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
304 Hour Training Program

Classroom 152 Hours (4 weeks): Permit Preparation DTM Text Book, Defensive Driving, Log Books, Hazardous Materials, DOT Rules and Regulations, Air Brake System and Certification on Adjusting Air Brakes, Map Reading and Trip Planning, Double Trailer Demonstration, Vehicle Maintenance, Terminal Procedure & Document Explanation. Entry level driver training class with Certificate included.

Vehicle Training 152 Hours (4 weeks): Diesel Tractor, Various Transmission. Open Road & City Driving, Vehicle Inspection, Straight Backing, Parallel Parking, Left Back, Right Back, Alley Docking, Serpentine Maneuvers. Road Test Procedures, Loaded and Unloaded trailers. 3 State Road Tests included. Job Placement Assistance, School
Certificate.

PTDl (Professional Truck Driver Institute) Approved Course Drug Screen and DOT Physical Exam included.

CAREER TRAINING II – Tractor Trailer

Part Time – Saturday & Sunday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
176 Hour Training Program

Classroom 64 Hours: Permit Preparation, Defensive Driving, Log Books,
Hazardous Materials, DOT Rules and Regulations, Air Brake System and
Certification on Adjusting Air Brakes, Map Reading and Trip Planning.
Entry level driver training class wilh Certificate included.

Vehicle Training 112 Hours: Diesel Tractors, Various Transmissions. Open
Road & City Driving, Vehicle Inspection, Straight Backing, Parallel Parking,
Left Back, Right Back, Alley Docking, Serpentine Maneuvers, Road Test
Procedures, Loaded and Unloaded trailers, 2 State Road Tests Included, Job Placement Assistance, School Certificate.

Drug Screen and DOT Physical exam included
